WACBE 2007 will be held in the Twin Towers Hotel. The Twin Towers Hotel is an international standard hotel, unique with its 15-storey twin tower design. It is situated in the heart of the city’s growing commerical district on New Rama VI Road. Its location provides easy access to the business areas, shopping centres, embassies and tourist attractions. The city’s central railway station and BTS skytrain are all within walking distance to take you to your desired destination.

Hotel Reservation

  • A special room rate of USD 50 (approximately Baht 1,900) per room night is extended to participants of WACBE 2007.
  • This rate is only offered through the online reservation at this website.
  • Each room is equipped with two (02) single beds. If you require special arrangement, please contact the secretariat at wacbe@inmeet.com.sg

ONLINE RESERVATION

Online reservation can be made using the SAME login ID you have used to register for the conference. Hotel reservation must be made using credit card (Visa or MasterCard) only

Reservation Procedure

  • Complete the online hotel reservation form and select the payment mode as "Visa" or "MasterCard".
  • You will be re-directed to a secured payment portal by WorldPay to perform your online payment.
  • A 4% online processing fee will be imposed on top of the room rate.
  • When your transaction is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from WorldPay, followed by an acknowledgment email from the conference manager within the next working day.
  • To enjoy this special room rate, full payment for all room nights have to be made at the time of reservation.
  • RECEIPT OF PAYMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION. Your reservation will be subjected to the availability of room(s). Your reservation confirmation will be sent to you via email within one week of receipt of payment.
  • Please note that if you have used another person?s credit card to make the payment, you will be requested to submit the credit card authorization form. This form will be sent to you by email.
  • The merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be "Integrated Meetings Specialist (Holdings) Pte Ltd".

Cancellation Policy:

  • A 50% refund of payment made will be given for cancellations made in writing and received by the congress manager on or before 1 June 2007.
  • There will be no refund for cancellation made after 1 June 2007.
  • An administrative fee of USD 20.00 would be charged for every amendment made after confirmation of reservation.
  • Should you fail to check-in to the hotel at the stated check-in date, your payment will be forfeited and the reservation for the rest of the room nights will automatically be cancelled.
  • If there are no more rooms available at the hotel, alternative hotel(s) in a similar category will be recommended for your consideration. Should you choose not to make your reservation then, your payment will be refunded to you after deduction of the 4% online processing fee.
